The villa was designed by French architect Nicolas Besset, known for conceptualizing the famous Ibiza restaurants El Ayoun and Elefante Bar. It is integrated with the adjoining monastery. The 450 m² villa with sea views is located in Es Cubells, in the south of the island, offering views all the way to Formentera. The property sits on 10,000 m² of land with citrus trees, pines, and cacti, along with an 18-meter pool. Cala Jondal and Es Torrent beaches are just around the corner, the village is within walking distance, and Ibiza Town is a 20-minute drive away. The left tower houses the three bedrooms, each with its own terrace. The right tower features a 7-meter-high living room with a fireplace and gallery, and on the first floor, under an original Berber tent, is a Moroccan tea lounge.

The Boho-Chic trend decor of Villa Es Cubells is modern yet warm, with contrasts that create its charm. The interior reflects many travels to Morocco and Asia. For example, the doors throughout the house are either from the mainland or Bali and Thailand. The dining table (a split tree trunk) comes from Burma, and the bedspreads and cushions were made in Marrakesh. In contrast, Philippe Starck chairs, a modern lighting concept by Maurer, and a floor of grey Cemento Liso add a contemporary touch.

The terrace features beige natural stones and small Asian benches, combined with ultra-modern sunbeds from Gandia Blasco. The bathrooms continue this fusion of minimalism (MEM series by Dornbracht), Moroccan craftsmanship (bright lacquer technique), and Spanish influence (reworked wooden troughs turned into sinks). The villa is equipped with an alarm system, security service, internet, heating, and air conditioning, providing a relaxing oasis not only in the high summer season but also in the off-season with a crackling fireplace in the living and bedrooms.
