You enter the villa on the lower level, which leads directly into a bright, comfortably furnished living room with satellite TV and a fireplace, with direct access to the 50 m² terrace offering fantastic sea views. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, connected to the open kitchen by a counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Also on the lower level is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, another double bedroom, and a guest bathroom with WC.

On the upper level, there are 2 double bedrooms with a complete bathroom and each with a private terrace with sunbeds or a Bali bed.
