The modern holiday home San Miguel 1, built in authentic finca style, is located away from the tourist centers in the northern part of the island, in a peaceful, rural area between San Miguel and Santa Gertrudis. Due to its southern orientation, it offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy the sun all day long.
The bright living and sleeping areas of the finca are tastefully furnished and subtly decorated in the traditional Ibizan style.
This single-story finca features 3 double bedrooms with French beds, 2 shower bathrooms, and an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living, cooking, and dining area has a fireplace and Spanish TV, creating a cozy atmosphere for socializing.
Outside the building, you will find an additional shower, a separate toilet, and the utility room where the washing machine is located.
The exterior of the finca has also been thoughtfully designed. A large pool, BBQ area, lounge bed (new photos to follow), sunbeds, and umbrellas invite you to spend a relaxing day by the pool.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request for younger guests.
