The living area features a large dining table and a sofa corner by the fireplace. The TV lounge corner is equipped with an LCD satellite TV and a high-quality home theater system. A very well-equipped kitchen with a large American fridge and direct access to the patio. The main house also has 2 double bedrooms (1 x 2m x 1.80m + 1 x 2m x 1.60m) and a bathroom with underfloor heating.

In the annex, completed in 2015, is the large master bedroom with a double bed (2m x 1.80m) with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub and walk-in shower), private terrace, and 2 more double bedrooms (2 x 2m x 1.80m) with a shared shower room. A refrigerator is available in the entrance area.
